CONSTRUCTION UPDATE – JULY 2026

This month marked a major milestone as construction officially moved out of the ground. With the final basement slab, access ramps, and stairwells finished, our below-ground structural work is now complete. The building’s footprint is clearly visible following the successful pour of the Ground Floor suspended concrete floors and the completion of the corresponding structural walls across the northern sectors. Momentum has already shifted upward, with timber molds and steel reinforcement well underway for Level 1. Looking ahead to August, our team will focus on pouring the Level 1 floors, constructing structural walls across Levels 1 and 2, and framing the next tiers of internal stairwells. Seeing Maleela Rise emerge is an exciting step forward, and we look forward to sharing more progress next month.
