CONSTRUCTION UPDATE – AUGUST 2026

August was a month of sustained momentum. The structure climbed quickly through the upper levels while essential services progressed below, keeping work moving on several fronts at once.

August Milestones

Level 2 Complete: Early in the month the team finished the Level 2 North East and South West suspended slabs. This was quickly followed by the installation and pouring of the Level 2 walls across the North West, North East, and South West sectors.
Level 3 Rising: As construction moved higher, the Level 3 South West slab was poured, and the Level 3 North East and North West Formwork decks were formed and completed in preparation for pouring of concrete.
Groundwork Below: Alongside the structural work above, formwork stripping in the basement and Ground Floor has allowed trades to commence their works in these areas.
Services Underway: Service installations are progressing well through the basement and Ground Floor car park, and Ground Floor blockwork continues to advance.
